No other event team in America treats COMMUNICATIONS as an integrated major component in an event as well as we do. We have refined our planning and execution process over the last 20 years to a level of customer support no other group can match. Our planning process and execution expertise continues to evolve with each event. We extrapolate to the worst case scenario and design each system to allow for the peak surge requirements. REDUNDANCY and FAIL-SOFT programs are integral to each system we design. Each event is unique; each plan we put forth is EVENT SPECIFIC.
What we do:
We must be involved in your planning sessions from the very beginning.
We will conduct a REQUIREMENTS ASSESSMENT to determine the type(s) of communications that will be needed to best fulfill the mission.
We will interview the director and deputy director of each functional group to determine what their specific needs are for their group. We will then prepare a RADIO PLAN that will detail the communications solution for the event as a whole.
Next we write a FLEETMAP that will describe in technical terms how the radios will be programmed. The equipment is ordered and we receive it as the ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM.
We write a DISTRIBUTION PLAN for the issuance of equipment, a SUPPORT PLAN that properly maintains the equipment that is lost or gets broken, a TRAINING PLAN to make sure that each individual user understands how to use the radio system, and a RECOVERY PLAN that will aid in the "turn-in" process when the event is over.
We maintain a Chain of Custody program that allows us to know the current disposition and location of each piece of equipment. After the event we RETURN THE EQUIPMENT and WRITE A SUMMARY (explanation) of exactly who did not return their issued radios or accessories and an AFTER ACTION REPORT detailing LESSONS LEARNED and HOW TO IMPROVE the next event.
